ITW is a global first-class corporation and its Filtertek Division is a very well-known company leader in the field of plastic injection molding of parts & components for the automotive industry, due to its operations expansion in Reynosa, is seeking candidates to fill positions as: TOOLING ENGINEERS Responsibilities: Responsible about design of tools and supply technical instructions for different programs of molding injection. Ensure that molded parts and components meet standards of: manufacturing, quality, cost and delivery. Oversee of tool room activities supported with a tool room Supervisor. Preparation of quotations and/or estimations of new molds and engineering changes. Experience: ·       Preferable in plastic injection molding for the Automotive Industry or related field. ·       Handling several project simultaneously. ·       Working with components’ design engineers for optimization of tool designs to ensure mold quality. ·       Well known in mold manufacturing process. ·       Develop new molds with mold makers in oversees as well as North America. ·       Supplying guidance and overseeing tool room activities. ·       Development and deployment of programs for tool’s maintenance and molds’ continuous improvement. ·       Proven Experience working with “Solid Works” design software focused to injection molding tools. ·       Plastic final parts cost estimations. ·       Mold flow analysis. ·       Manufacturability reviews & analysis for engineering changes. Education & Skills: ·       Engineering Degree. ·       Bilingual English-Spanish (Conversational/written and spoken). ·       Proficient working with software MS Office, Solid Works, Auto-cad, and related. ·       Excellent communication skills to interact at all levels in the organization, as well as customers and suppliers. ·       Proactive Leadership and excellent organizational and following up skills. ·       5 years of minimum experience on similar positions.
